International Transfers
Personal information collected by KRATOR+ may be processed in countries other than the country in which a user is located, including where MAMA BIA's service providers or infrastructure are based. Where personal information is transferred internationally, MAMA BIA adopts appropriate safeguards designed to ensure the information continues to receive a level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable data protection law, regardless of where it is processed.

Children's Privacy
KRATOR+ is not directed to children, and the platform is not intended for use by individuals below the age at which they may lawfully consent to the processing of their personal information without parental or guardian authorization under applicable law. KRATOR+ does not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of the circumstances permitted by applicable law.
